Lake Aid is delighted to present the 2nd edition of the Christmas boxes project which was such a success last year.
The aim is simple: share a bit of Christmas sparkle with children in need.
Our volunteer elves and reindeer are ready, all we need now is your help!
How does it work ?
- Click on this document and enter your name and contact details next to the box (or boxes) you wish to provide. Make sure to note your box number(s) and select a Collection Point and time.
- Fill a Christmas box (eg shoe box) with small gifts, destined for a particular child. Contents should be tailored to the child’s age and gender, see our Box content guidelines* below.
- Wrap the box in festive paper and clearly mark the box number in marker pen.
- Bring your gift box to Lake Aid volunteers at your selected Collection Point. Our team will make sure your box gets to the child in time for Christmas
New in 2021 : This year some of the teenagers will be receiving a gift voucher worth EUR 25.00 instead of a box. Gift vouchers are listed on the same document as the boxes but numbers are highlighted in light blue/turquoise.
If you wish to offer a gift voucher to a teenager this Christmas, please enter your name and contact details in the file, without a Collection Point, and make a donation for EUR 25.00 to Lake Aid online via HelloAsso. We will buy the 25 euro gift voucher and offer it to the teen in question by Christmas.
